Very professional and reasonable. From the scheduler to the technician. Tom get the job done in no time with some tips on the maintenances of my Troy-Bilt snow blower. I will recommend Mower Masters to anyone that cares.

Tom replaced a carburetor, pull string and changed the oil, On my somewhat neglected generator. The work was excellent and his advice was on point. In all, a very nice encounter that I would recommend to anyone. Also, the professional attitude of the office manager told me this was the right place. Coming to your home to fix equipment is the greatest benefit, no matter the cost.

Just had my very neglected Ariens riding mower serviced by Tom. Excellent experience and conversation. Tom test rode it, made recommendations and performed the tune up and maintenance: Spark Plug, Air Filter, Oil change, greazed the hubs, lubed the pivots and adjusted the brakes. Sharpened the blades and aired up the tires even. Mower runs much better now. Very happy with at home service so that I didn't have to rent a trailer to take it to repair shop. I highly recommend Mower Masters.

I use Mower Masters for mower maintenance and blade sharpening each spring. They come to my house and their prices are very, very good. The technician who came out even gave me some tips on how to keep my mower cutting optimally for the whole season. I'd be SO bummed if they ever closed!

Tom / Mower Masters came over to perform a tune-up on my snow blower. He showed up on time and was polite and courteous from the start. Notably, he performed an excellent job in getting my snow blower ready for the upcoming winter. He explained what he was doing and also provided tips on using the snow blower. More importantly, Tom is very personable, friendly, and takes pride in his work. Also, kudos to Debbie for scheduling the visit and answering any questions before the visit. Highly recommended!

Unbelievably great mower repair. They come to your house! Doctors do not even do that.  Arrived on time and Tom was friendly and very knowledgeable of mowers and their engines. After the repair, he took the time to show my wife some tips on using the mower correctly. He even helped us take it to our shed. For the time, knowledge and service, I thought the price was perfect. I still can’t believe they come to your home.

I had trouble getting one of my mowers to start all of last season. After Tom serviced it, it started right up and kept on going. I highly recommend using him.

Like the others, I usually do the minor maintenance on my riding lawn mower myself. Then one day the spindle assembly locked up. I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to repair them, realized I didn't have the tools, and contacted Mower Masters. They were able to fix the problem faster than I could have, and without all the frustration. Great service, would recommend them to anybody who gets in over their head with mower repair.

I've used several mower tune-up companies in the area and all had hassled about pick-up & delivery charges and service charges but Mower Masters was the 1st 1 to do the work onsite so that cost is saved off the bat and that's just where the good news starts. Tom from MM showed up on-time and was as professional and courteous as anyone I've met in my 35 years in Carroll County! Excellent. The tech arrived on schedule, repaired the problem, and explained what I might do from stop this from occurring again. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call them again any time I need a small engine repair.

Had problems getting my mower to start and keep running. Tom came to my house and tuned it up and made a repair. Started up after repair, ran for a while, then failed. Tom came back the next day to check it out, made another repair, and the mower is working great. Used it several times since then. He was highly recommended by a close friend, and I second that. He will be coming at the end of the season to put it to sleep for the winter.

Good customer service from the initial phone call until finish of the tune-up in my driveway. Contingencies for Social distancing during a pandemic were made and communication was excellent during the process.

My tractor and tiller were in a bad way, and I was in over my head. I called Mower Masters and made an appointment. Tom came out to our place and spent the day working on my mower and tiller. In the end, he suggested that I might be better off not fixing it. For his valuable time and invaluable advice, he didn't charge a thing. He took true time to fully explain everything he was doing on my mower, and his overall work was both comprehensive in scope of services performed, and expertly completed.


Tom even went as far as to discuss a preventative maintenance plan for my mower, and fully explain the need for all possible repairs that might have to be done and why.

Timely, trustworthy, friendly service. Even took time to teach me how to keep my snowblower in better working condition.

Due to my husband’s illness, our lawn tractor and lawn mower hadn’t been used in a little over two years. We had a lawn service take care of the lawn during that time. When we decided to resume caring for our lawn ourselves again, we discovered neither the lawn tractor nor the push mower would start. We called Tom Brannock of Mower Masters to come and get them back in working order again for us. He came to our home early last spring, and proceeded to work his magic! He went over both machines thoroughly, patiently explaining what he was doing, and gave us advice on proper upkeep. They both ran perfectly through the spring, summer, and fall.

We called in late September of this year to make an appointment to have him come and winterize the tractor and mower, and get our snow blower ready for the winter. Tom’s wife, Debbie, advised us to wait until early spring again to have the tractor and mower serviced, because they run a special at that time of the year. We really appreciated that advice! We did make an appointment to have the snow blower serviced. Tom came in mid-November and had it running like a champ in no time.

We highly recommend Mower Masters. Quality work for a reasonable price. You can’t go wrong.
